Response to Assignment 1

When you read this, will you skim it? Or be interested to know that I planned the first sentence before I even wrote it? Or that I forgot to check the clock before getting started. Maybe that this is attempt number two, since I get pretty scared of letting people read my stuff and then tell me what they think. I can't help but stop; I abhor spelling errors and I never can stop myself from correcting them on the spot, How dost the crocodile keep his shining teeth? I've run out of thoughts already. How can the birds fly so high? all I'm getting is incoherencies. Arrgh! The misspellings are driving me crazy, but I'm trying not to go back and fix them 'til the end. they make me feel like I'm dyslexic. Need to cut my toenails... Perhaps I cut them when I'm thinking of something else... Another interesting fact is that the toenails grow after death, as does the beard. What? BEARD! Now I'm just quoting. Nothing too original yet, exept the variations on websters' dictionary. Ooh, those are driving me crazy. I fear I'll read over this and realize just how serious my neurosis has become. That's very funny to me just now, for some reason or other. Yeeks, Time's almost up. Perhaps I'm not supposed to mention that I'm conscious of the time. Oops. I won't let it happen again. Time is of the essence. Time Time Time. More incoherencies. I hope this isn't the true measure of myself. I don't know how I'll post this; I get so nervous about this sort of thing. Time's up.

(I obviously went back and put in the spelling corrections; hope that doesn't matter to anyone)

Interesting ramblings The toenails kinda scared me, hahahaha, I just imagined you with these HUGE long scragly toenails. I know that you can't really reply to this, but I just thought I would cuz the toenail thing was funny

Actually, I was quoting (probably misquoting) Tom Stoppard's "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead", a fabulous play. I've been on the technical side of productions for it twice, so I ended up knowing half the lines as well. Hope I wasn't too scary. If you rent the movie or read the script, it's actually really funny!

I do remember one thing. It took hours and hours, and by the time I was done with it, I was so involved I didn't know what to think. I carried it around with me for days and days, playing little games. Like not looking at it for a whole day, and then looking at it. To see if I still liked it. I did. -"Indiscipline" (if you can't guess the band, then you're not paying attention)
